The restaurant is located inside a five-star hotel (ITC Windsor)with prices reflecting its upscale setting. While the presentation was nice, the food itself felt fairly standard. The marinated lamb was tender but lacked juiciness, and the predominant taste came from the spices. The Paneer Makhani was pleasant yet quite typical. The service was very attentive, though the level of formality created a somewhat ceremonial atmosphere — some guests might find it charming, while others could see it as a bit too stiff. I had the chance to experience The Royal Afghan many times, and I have never been disappointed in the food, service or the atmosphere of this restaurant. I highly recommend and will certainly keep on coming here. The Chef’s Dal Bukhara and Sikandri Raan is a must! Thank you.
