We’ve visited Loya at Taj multiple times, with friends, with family, and just the two of us and every single visit feels special. A huge part of that is thanks to Ankur and Chef Sonal, who consistently take our experience to the next level. Even when we keep coming back for all our important occasions, they somehow make each visit feel unique. The attention to detail, the personal touch, and the warm hospitality from both Ankur and Chef Sonal are unmatched. They truly go above and beyond every time and provide us the best GLUTEN FREE food options in all of bangalore. The food at Loya is exceptional—beautifully crafted, flavourful, and refreshingly different from anywhere else. Their drinks are just as impressive: thoughtful, creative, and with a touch of organic mixology that stands out. Because of Ankur and Chef Sonal, Loya has become “our place.” Highly, highly recommend! Food: • Loya Kachori Chaat — Absolutely loved it. Perfect balance of textures and flavors; definitely the highlight of the meal. • Multani Gobhi — Didn’t work for me personally. Found it a bit underwhelming compared to the hype. • Chakki Paneer & Roti — Good and flavorful, well-spiced and satisfying. • Jalebi — Amazing! A must-try dessert; rich and perfectly done.
