The overall experience at Lush was disappointing, especially considering the price point. The buffet is quite expensive, but the spread does not justify the cost. Options felt limited, with very few salads and an underwhelming variety overall. The dessert section was mediocre and lacked freshness or excitement. What added to the disappointment was the service staff were largely inattentive and did not proactively serve or check on guests, which is unexpected at a restaurant of this category. For the prices charged, one would expect a much better selection and far more attentive service. Unfortunately, Lush did not meet those expectations. Buffet spread, food taste can be really improved upon. It was oily and at the same price (with discounts through apps) one can have an awesome buffet at Novotel.Just about average this is.
