One Atria Cafe in Bengaluru is an excellent place for family gatherings and brunches. The staff, including Mr. Ricky, Mr. Santhosh, Mr. Prashanth, Himanshu, Sarath, Soundarya, Subana, Elongovan, Abishek, Sundar, Bharti, and Chef Kasi, are extremely accommodating and polite. They are very helpful in suggesting the best dishes from their extensive menu, which includes delicious Fish Masala Fry, Chicken Tandoor, Corn Tikka, Kadamba Poriyal, Rasam, Chocolate Eclair, and more. The complimentary cake was a nice touch too. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant and calm, and the housekeeping staff have maintained high standards. The security department also took good care of us. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a wide variety of options. The staff were quick and responsive, and the budget was also reasonable. Overall, One Atria Cafe is an excellent place to visit for a great dining experience.

Visited One Atria Cafe at Radisson Blu Atria, and while the ambience was excellent and there were no issues with parking, the overall dining experience was quite disappointing. The washroom near the restaurant had no tissues, and even at the table no tissues were provided, which shouldn’t be the case at a 4 star property. The waiter had very little knowledge about the menu and even misguided us about one of the dishes. We ordered pizza and biryani, but the taste was not worth the price at all. The pizza crust was extremely hard, almost rock solid, and the biryani rice was undercooked. Even the oregano and chilli flakes felt old and stale, which affected the overall taste. For a hotel of this standard and considering the prices on the menu, we had much higher expectations. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Disappointing experience at Attrium, Bangalore – definitely not worth the hype or the price. We waited a full 30 minutes past the quoted time for our food to arrive, with zero communication from the staff. When it finally came: • Veg Galouti Kebab: completely bland, no melt-in-mouth texture, tasted like it was made hours ago • Dal Makhani: shockingly under-seasoned, zero smokiness or richness • Curd Rice: rice was overcooked and mushy, curd tasted watered-down To make matters worse, thick smoke kept billowing out from the kitchen throughout our meal, making us cough and feel uneasy. The staff didn’t seem to care or even acknowledge it. Ambiance is dark and dingy, ventilation is terrible, and service is indifferent at best. Easily one of the worst fine-dining experiences I’ve had in Bangalore. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
