We had been to Saffron restaurant and the food, service and ambience was excellent. We had ordered Dahi balla chat - 4.5/5 Kali mirch kabab - 4/5 Galouti kabab - 5/5 Nalli nihari - 4.5/5 Butter naan -5/5 Mr. Vishal served us well. Everything was perfect. Will definitely visit again. Aesthetically designed interiors with a great view of the city from the 18th floor. While service was prompt and professional, food taste was just about average and did not meet the high standards one would expect of a fine-dining restaurant. We ordered two chicken dishes (rice and gravy) and both had highly fat-laden chicken pieces making it very unpleasant to chew. The Naan was ok; I don't believe that authentic Indian breads are their forte. When the chef came around for feedback, we shared our dining experience but were quickly dismissed with a smile and an unconvincing excuse that the chicken pieces needed all that excess fat to be 'juicy'. If you are looking for great ambience to dine in, this is a good option but if it's tasty food that you are really after, there are better options out there. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at Ssaffron and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was exceptional—especially the Malai Broccoli, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned, and the Dal Makhani, rich, creamy, and full of flavour. A special thank-you to Chef Pankaj for crafting such memorable dishes, and to Sanjana for her warm, attentive service throughout our meal. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience.
