"Visited The Big Chill Cakery in DLF Mall, Sector 18, Noida, and had a mixed experience. The food was *awesome in taste* and *great presentation*, which definitely deserves praise! However, the service could have been warmer - the girl at the counter seemed a bit cold. Also, the tables are *too small* to comfortably place all the food, which was a bit inconvenient. One suggestion: it would be great if you could have some drink options for sugar patients or those looking for low-sugar alternatives - everything seems to be premix. Overall, still a great place to visit for delicious food, but a bit more attention to service and comfort would make it 5-star material! ". Visited this place recently and had a really good experience overall. The ambience is excellent — cozy, classy, and very comfortable. It’s one of those cafés where you can easily spend a couple of hours just relaxing, chatting with friends, or enjoying a quiet coffee break. The décor is beautiful and gives a premium yet homely vibe, which adds a lot to the overall experience. We ordered coffee, lasagna, and a few other snacks. Everything tasted really good! The coffee was strong and flavorful, just the way I like it. The lasagna was cheesy, creamy, and baked perfectly. The snacks were fresh and nicely presented too. You can tell that the ingredients used are of good quality and that some real effort goes into the food preparation. The service was polite and quick, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Prices are on the higher side, so it’s not exactly a budget-friendly café, but considering the taste and the ambience, it feels worth it for an occasional treat. The only small downside is that the portion sizes could be a bit larger — especially for the price. Overall, an excellent place with great food, lovely ambience, and good service.
