I walked into Big Chill Cakery, DLF Mall of India and ordered a slice of Nutella Ferrero Rocher cheesecake for takeout. Within 2 minutes, I requested to change it to Tiramisu while my husband was still at the billing counter. The staff refused, saying “the slice has already been cut”. It wasn’t a full cake that couldn’t have been swapped—this was quite disappointing and not what one would expect from Big Chill standards. To make matters worse, the cheesecake we were forced to take tasted stale and sour, nowhere close to the usual quality Big Chill is known for. Felt like the insistence on not changing was only to push an old slice. Very poor experience. I am usually very regular visitor of big chill khan market and other delhi outlets but this was not upto bigchill standards Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
