They charged 10% 'Staff Welfare Fund', without announcing it while giving the bill to us. My only mistake was that I noticed it after paying the bill. When I asked them to remove it they said that as I've made payment through Zomato/EazyDiner, they will not be able to give it back, because they receive such settlements after 20 days...They made all kinds of excuses to not refund the charge and NONE of them was customer-friendly. Disguising the charge as 'Welfare fund' in itself shows that they want to cheat their customers.
