Train your staff to speak properly. I had ordered citrus roasted lemon herb chicken platter. Upon receiving it, I realised that the vegetable portions were very less and so I complained to the staff member who told me that he will send the manager mr kundan singh rawat to hear my complaint. I could see mr rawat standing and the server briefing him about the complaint. He simply brished it off and asked another colleague to address the complaint. When he came I told him about his behaviour and body language to which he replied with a rude tone "I'm sorry you have a problem with my body". Please train mr rawat to talk politely. Attitude, body language, tone and choice of word matter. Mr Neema tried to repair the damage already done by Mr rawat. Being a regular customer at all the big chill outlets and bakery, I have seen very polite service from servers but I'm surprised bh mr rawat behaviour.
