Very much crowded and not able to enjoy the party. Less spacious. First of all, the service at Sugar Factory Reloaded was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Despite the restaurant not being very busy during my visit, it took an unreasonable amount of time for our food and drinks to arrive. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. The menu at Sugar Factory Reloaded offers a variety of dessert options, but the quality of the food was seriously lacking. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, but it was watery and tasteless, nothing like the rich and indulgent treat I was expecting. My friend ordered a slice of cake, but it was dry and flavorless, definitely not worth the price we paid. On top of the disappointing food and service, the ambience at Sugar Factory Reloaded was subpar. The restaurant was dimly lit and had a dingy feel to it, making it a less than desirable place to spend time in. The music was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation, and the overall atmosphere was just not inviting. Overall, my experience at Sugar Factory Reloaded in Koramangala was far from impressive. The slow service, lackluster food, and unappealing ambience all contributed to a disappointing dining experience.
