Our group visited on ladies night expecting a chill time. Sadly, it turned into a nightmare due to one aggressive bouncer who kept targeting us unnecessarily. He even said “VIPs paid more, so they get better treatment.” Such blatant class bias shouldn’t exist in 2025. Avoid if you’re not going VIP.

Ladies night turned into a nightmare at Sugar Factory. We entered with couple passes, not VIP. A drunk bouncer targeted us, made inappropriate comments, and harassed our group. It felt like he was venting his personal issues on us. Disgusting behavior. They are more into money not people.. one of the worst pub ever in my experience

Sugar Factory Reloaded had an amazing crowd and a lively vibe. The DJ wasn’t the best but kept the energy going, so no complaints there. Drinks and pricing are pretty much the same as other pubs. Overall, it’s a decent place to party and enjoy the night, mainly for the crowd and atmosphere. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
