I have been visiting Tuk Tuk Thai for the past five years, and it has always been one of my favorite fine dining restaurants in Bangalore. As a pure vegetarian, this place was always my first choice, and I consistently had wonderful experiences there. However, today’s visit was very disappointing. For the first time, I was unhappy with both the hospitality and the food quality. The service was slow, and we had to wait a long time for each dish. Unfortunately, the food lacked the taste and quality that I had always appreciated before. After paying ₹2600, I truly felt that the meal was not worth even ₹260. It was quite heartbreaking because this restaurant has always held a special place in my mind. I sincerely hope this was just an off day and that the management takes feedback seriously, as loyal customers like me expect the same quality and service that made this place special for so many years.
