Flies everywhere on my food on my water in my face and it even drank water and flew away ... Better pest management needed... Service was nice. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely overpriced for quality of food and service. You will get much better experience for same or better price in other cafes of HSR. I don't know how this place so highly rated. It's the worst place you can go to.Entrance is hogged by delivery boys waiting to pickup orders. You will be seated and they will accept your order but care least about dine in orders. They kept on sending delivery parcels while we waited more than 40 mins just for a sandwich and a burger. Burger arrived with just patty and cheese in bun, while the description mentioned it would contain salsa, guacamole, special sauce, lettuce etc etc. We had to leave the place hungry despite waiting almost an hour. Staff was totally unapologetic about it. Would not recommend at all for dine in. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
