I’m extremely frustrated with this whole experience. Basil Bistro is showing as open and accepting bookings, but when I reached there after traveling all the way from Electronic City, the restaurant was completely closed! On top of that, the contact number listed is wrong. What’s worse is that they are still taking reservations and even collecting booking amounts under the pretense of discounts. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam. And to add to the frustration, Zomato is not providing any real help in resolving this issue.
