Tangerine is Davanam Sarovar Portico's coffee shop, located on the fourth floor, opposite the reception counter. The menu is a mix of Indian (including local and other South Indian specialties), popular western continental, and Chinese/East Asian dishes. Room service is also served through Tangerine. I was here only for the breakfast buffet, which was part of my room tariff. The buffet had the usual fruit, juices, cereals, baked goods, some popular pan-Indian breakfats dishes like poha, parathas and aloo-poori, as well as local favourites like upma, idlis, vadas, etc. A live station serves up dosas, omelettes, and so on. Satisfactory. If you like coffee, be aware that they don't serve cappuccino etc - but their filter coffee is very good.
