I recently ordered birthday snacks and cake from SnackEAZE for my son’s celebration, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The quantity of Hakka noodles was very less — just about 180 grams for ₹110, which is not worth the price at all. The birthday cake (Zesty Orange & Chocolate) was another major letdown. It had no orange flavor at all, and the edible sheet on top made it difficult to cut the cake properly. The vendor later mentioned that the sheet had to be removed before cutting, but no such instruction was given in advance, which completely spoiled the cake-cutting moment.Probably cake was outsourced to some local vendor which is of an average quality. Justifications were given in voice note so that nothing has been recorded in text format. Overall, I expected a much better experience from SnackEAZE, but both the quality and service were disappointing.

I recently ordered customized snack box of mini pizza, white sauce pasta and donut for my kid's birthday party. The taste was okay, but it could have been better. Below is my feedback 1. please do fair practice. My nephew literally measured pizza and found it below 3.5 inch while it was mentioned 4 inch in the menu. 2. I found white sauce pasta less creamy and also quantity not worth the price. I'm not sure if I'll order next time. Wish you a luck.
