I used to take a cup of tea here whenever I cross this road. This particular shop over a period of time has earned a good customer base. That is why, over weight entered into their heads. Today, I visited this shop. They newly introduced token system, ie, you need to pay first, take the bill, then give to another boy, and ask for tea. I could see all new sales boys. Since, I was not aware of this change, I simply asked one of the boy to give 2 biscuits as done eariler. That guy ordered me to get the token first. This boy and the boy giving the token were standing beside. I am shocked to see this kind of attitude, as such they think that they are doing free service. I paid using UPI, took the token. I called two boys who were immersed in their phone by showing the token. These 2 boys were sitting behind the boy who prints tokens. Even after noticing my call, they simply ignored me and kept busy on their phone. I asked those two guys, are you too busy with your mobile phone. Then also they looked at me and again immersed on their phone. I lost my cool on seeing their arrogance and told the token printing boy, see your boys are too busy in their mobile. This boy also looked at those 2 boys and ignored me. I had thrown the token received on the bill desk and asked for refund. The bill boy refused to refund. Since, I was on another urgent job, I left the shop. I am sure, all these arrogant boys will ruin the reputation of this shop in near future. Since, I paid by UPI, he could have returned the money to the same ph number. But, he did not. The attitude of these new guys has shocked me. I decided not to visit this shop again. I request everybody to avoid this shop. There are many other good shops in that locality. Arrogant Dirty Sales Boys.
