Extremely pathetic experience at Smoke House Deli Indiranagar. I visited with my family and friends, a total of 8 folks. We arrived right on time for our 12 pm reservation and were guided to our table. All of our orders were placed in between 12.15-12.20 pm. Within 15 mins of placing the order, first few items started arrived at our table. After that, it took them a whole 45 mins to bring another set of items. However, by 1.35 pm, two of our guests did not get their basic stuffed omelette. We were reminding them regularly in 15 min interval and they assured it's getting ready in the kitchen. But at 1.35 pm, whole 1 hr 20 mins after we placed our order, they realised that they missed informing the kitchen about our preparation. We were hungry and so frustrated with this experience that we decided to leave with two of our guests not having eaten anything. Their service in general lacked the proactiveness. Multiple tables, including ours, were complaining of no cutlery while their items have already arrived and were turning cold. This was our first visit to this place and before leaving we conveyed our intentions of not returning to this place, especially on weekends when they cannot handle the rush. Their prices though high, would've been justified if they were able to provide decent service that matches with it. Completely failed!!
