Rarely have I come across a restaurant where every item is so delicious that you feel like ordering it again. The Serra Rooftop Cafe was one such place which we were recommended by a friend. Fairly new, this place in a quiet lane in Sector V in one word is simply brilliant. Being Kolkata's first greenhouse cafe, the greenery and abundant sunlight simply set it apart. There was no waiting time even on a weekend, which was surprising considering how good their quality is. The waiters were polite and wanted to know if we enjoyed the dishes. Coming to the food, we ordered Prawn Tempura & Alishan Chicken Tikka for starters, Herb Crusted Grilled Salmon & Prawn Thermidor as main course and Arabian Bean Coffee Flavoured Chocolate Monte Carlo for dessert. For drinks, we got Bangkok Mojito & Jamaican Sunrise. Each and every item was excellent. What I also loved was how well they garnished the dishes. The quantity was pretty good and there's nothing to complain about the prices as well. Do try this out! It's my new favourite in town!
