It was our first visit to the restaurant. We ordered Galauti Kabab and was utterly disappointed. It was no way close to what Galauti kakab actually is. Served with ticy pieces of so called parathas which were actually rotis. We also ordered Mixed Hakka coriander and garlic noodles, the taste of which was far better. However quantity per portion compared to the price is very less. Overall first impression is not good. Not recommended

I have eaten here three times now, and also been in for drinks. The food is excellent. The European dishes are high quality and use fresh produce. The taste and authenticity across the whole menu is excellent. Service reliably good and nice atmosphere. What has impressed me most, though, are that the whole staff has consistently gone above-and-beyond domestic expectations of customer service. When there had been an order mix-up because servers were down, they brought out a complimentary drink. When I brought out my laptop, they proactively offered me wifi. When I was stuck and needed an iPhone charger, they were able to find one. Many 'international' restaurants in India, I find, are more about show and aesthetics than excellent food and service. Lusscibo has both a varied and ambitious global menu, but backs this up with delivering on food quality and service! They also have never asked for a review in-store, which is why I have chosen to write one :). I will be back when next in Kolkata!!
