While we understand the importance of a quick table turnover time—especially on a busy day—it does not excuse the server's behavior. Without asking and seemingly ignoring our presence, a server took away our food plate. This lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. The situation was made worse by the management's response. When we asked to speak to the manager, the person who came over was not the manager but another server posing as a manager. This was a ridiculous, foolish, and insulting attempt to dismiss our complaint Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

While the soup was hot & fresh; chicken pieces were sparse and consistency of soup was watery. It seemed one soup had been diluted and packed into 2.
