Absolutely horrible experience.We went for shisha and even after changing it FOUR times, it was still not right. That itself shows how careless the service is. When we called the manager, the situation became worse. There was zero courtesy, no apology, no effort to even come and talk to us. The attitude was full of ego and arrogance, as if customers don’t matter at all. If I remember correctly, the manager’s name was Ornindo, extremely unprofessional behavior.This place clearly doesn’t value customers. Completely ruined our time. Would not recommend at all.
