While consuming the masala vada pav i discovered to my horror experience that there is a foreign object present inside the dish,by seeing the object it seems that it was some kind of an dead insect.
Such irresponsible behaviour after being in business for so long is not at all acceptable by pepperz,it speaks volumes about their safety and hygiene while they make food.
Pepperz is a big NO for me from today as such negligence can't be tolerated which can lead to life threatening situations.
