I ordered the cheesy veggie burger , but what I got was clearly not freshly prepared. The dish tasted stale and old, and I could tell that it had been reheated multiple times. The texture and presentation were also unappetizing. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality, especially when it comes to food safety. Serving old food is unacceptable and potentially hazardous. Unless pepperz bangur improves their food handling practices and quality control, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even the customer service woman was not spoken well. She said to not order from next time onwards instead of repenting for it. I really not recommend ordering from here. Food: 1 Service: 1
