The food was good, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality. However, the service was noticeably slow. Every table has a service bell, but it didn't seem to work, or the staff simply didn't respond to it. With better and more attentive service, the overall experience would be much better.

Sometimes it’s not the food or the ambience that makes a place memorable—it’s the people. We visited Le Coffee Creme opposite City Centre 1 during a casual get-together and ended up having an experience that will stay with us for a long time. While the food was excellent and the café has a cozy, welcoming vibe, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Rinki Saha. We were craving a customized cold coffee with brownie that wasn’t even on the menu. Instead of simply saying no, she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, patiently coordinated with the barista, and ensured our feedback was incorporated. The result was a drink that was tailored perfectly to our taste. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience special. That kind of warmth, ownership, and willingness to go the extra mile is rare these days and deserves recognition. The toasted bread, pasta, pizza, and coffee were all delicious, and every recommendation turned out to be spot on. Service was consistently friendly and attentive throughout. One small suggestion would be to have a more clearly separated area for hookah users, which would make the café even more comfortable for families and non-smokers. (At present the hookah section consumes a lion’s share of the cafe) A heartfelt thank you to Rinki and the F&B team. Great food can bring people in, but it’s service like this that makes them come back.
