Service is very bad and slow. Took 2 hours for a small order. Waiters were not responsive. And music too loud. Not a place to chill and have coffee. And most importantly, the price doesn’t justify the service. Too expensive. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

Been visiting this place for years. This year they've reached their lowest. Rude and uncooperative staff. Every year we sat our specific table but this year it was told we cannot sit there unless we order a hookah as it is hookah zone as per their new rule. We were told to sit outside which also surprisimgly was a hookah zone. Behavior of staff was quite rude. Not allowing a group of 8 a table even though 3 were empty for no valid reason. Would not recommend unless no other choice. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Today, I visited Le Coffee Crème, drawn by the positive reviews, despite my friend's negative feedback about the Salt Lake branch. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing.I ordered the Mixed Sauce Pasta, which was watery and completely lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, the accompanying bread was stale. Next, I tried the Cheese Garlic Bread, but it was equally bad – tasteless, with stale bread and rubbery cheese. As for the Hazelnut and Mocha coffee, it was just average—nothing special at all.What made the experience even worse was that they served everything all at once, which made the food feel rushed. Despite my complaint about the stale bread, nothing was done to address the issue. On top of that, there was no staff available to take orders promptly, leaving me frustrated.Overall, it was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a while, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
