One of the worst experience I have received. I ordered through Zomato for 1 Galawat kabab and Mahmudabad Gharana Biriyani through Zomato. I have not received the Kabab and also no bill provided to me by Galawat. When I called Galawat they denied to provide the proper service even after providing evidence. Galawat Salt Lake Sector 1 branch providing is a disaster service they switched off the phone and stopped respnding immediately. Simply they are blaming to Zomato person. I never seen Zomato delivery persons are manipulating anytime. There is no service point where a customer can report issues related to Galawat. However, fortunately I ordered through Zomato so I got the refund but I missed the food at night for my family. Not recommending Galawat ever going forward Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

The restaurant is not clean, the plates are also very dirty, had to wipe it with napkins.. Staff behavior is also not up to mark except one who served us. Also inconsistent is service, they are providing onion and green chutney to some people and some not, we had to ask for it. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Worst experience ever. I visited the place last night the food quality is not good as previous. The staffs were rude and unattractive we had to shout for our food after we got seat Waiting for 1 yr. They started serving people who came after us. People who came by car was offered to wait in ac area and we were told to stand outside. As we shouted for our food for waiting more than 1.5 hr one of the staff started shouting on us. They served expired cold drink. Staffs we unattantive. They served mutton gaharana with 4 piece mutton where 2 were actually the pice and 2 were only bone no meat and then the said we mentioned that it should be 4 piece and you have to eat what we served. So not recommended please don't visit to get insulted. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
