Pungent and stale smell coming from biryani and we could not eat the damn thing and it is lying around. Dinner got completely spoiled and made it embarassing for us in front of guests. Very disappointed with Mirch Masala, which has such a brand name. Not going to order from Mirch Masala going forward.

Yesterday night (20th Sep'2024) we 3 friends went for dinner around 9pm in Mirch Masala, Chandkheda. For food,we have order starter;non veg platter & in main course;chicken lababdar & butter chicken. Food was so much pathetic that i can't express my feelings. Starter platter; chicken was not cooked properly + quantity was less. Main course; butter chicken : I don't know who make that. It was disgusting In my life I have never eaten this kind of food. serving time very late. Very much disappointed.
