Please avoid this place. You will only waste your money and spoil your special moments. We deeply regret choosing this restaurant. We had a very bad experience at R Kitchen Restaurant.We booked a full buffet through Swiggy at ₹1500 + 18% GST per person. With a 50% discount, it came to ₹885 per person. We had planned a birthday celebration for 12 people and were really looking forward to it.But when we arrived, we were told the buffet wouldn’t be set up and that food would be served at the table instead. The staff behavior and service were extremely poor and disappointing.The main course menu clearly mentioned one paneer dish and two vegetable dishes. But when we asked for them, we were told only one veg option was available. When I showed the menu to the staff, they casually said, “Oh sorry, tell us what you want to eat then.” This felt very insulting, especially in front of our friends.Food service was terribly delayed. After the soup, we had to wait 30 minutes for the first starter, and another 30 minutes for the next. Some dishes never even arrived — at least 2-3 items were not served at all.we were charged the full amount — ₹11,000. But not served full menu.Not a single item had good taste, and the entire birthday celebration was ruined.
