not at all appropriate.food was ok but service was very poor.whenever you you visit in such type of good restaurant you don't have to ask for plates and bowls but here we asked atleast 5-6 times for plates after food severd on table..staff was not appropriate....we was 21 persons our bill was 18k plus they severd 2 butter rotis on table but in bill it was written 4 same happen with cold drink they severd 2 bill was for 4 we asked them to change the bill they inquired about it with staff for atleast 20-25 minutes...after then they refused and said we have served 4 rotis and 4 colddrinks .....the owner was very rude person they way he was talking ment that he donest need guest to b here for second tym..not worthy at all..there is many more restaurant near but with great food on same cost...surely not visiting again here

This review is misleading and not acceptable. Every order here is generated through our KOT system and verified with CCTV footage, so billing mistakes are impossible. Our staff served your group properly, yet false claims were made only to demand free food. We respect genuine guests, but we will not entertain such baseless complaints. — Team The Masala County

Worst experience ever. The food was damn spicy and loaded with garlic and spices. Garlic naan was pathetic and the masala county speciality naam was tasteless. Zero rating for today's order.
