As a Mumbaikar and someone whos grown up in a Parsi school and surroundings, I was very happy to have come across the Bawa Bistro ..and finally we went and ate there. Obviously being a big Parsi food fan brought our expectations very high... and we decided to go with basics. We ate the chicken qnd veg russian cutlets which were out of the world and were expecting the Dhansak and rice to also be the same. To our dismay, the rice served with the Dhansak which had very little daal was decent to taste...but the rice!!!!. They served us bad/spoilt rice...and when we called it out the guy at the counter who doesnt seem to understand much, didntvhave an apology or let me fix that. Rather pathetic service. No replacement pf rice instead we were told thats how it is!!!!. Really!!!! We were charged for the whole thing and also the rotis we shamelessy asked for in replacement of that dirty rice. Id love to come back... my suggestion would be to put someone better at the counter. And have a strict rule in ur kitchen. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
