The restaurant exudes a regal charm tastefully designed with an ambience that reflects true sophistication. The standard of upkeep is impeccable, meeting international benchmarks with ease. I was particularly struck by the gracious and attentive manner in which guests are welcomed, it sets the tone beautifully. What truly stood out was the thoughtful curation of the menu. The vegetarian starters, often overlooked elsewhere, were both abundant and well conceived. A few lacked visual flair, but their execution and flavour were exceptional. It’s rare to find such depth in vegetarian offerings. The dessert selection was nothing short of exquisite refined, indulgent, and genuinely memorable. Each one crafted with precision and flair. Service was pleasant and professional overall, though a touch more attentiveness would elevate the experience further. In sum, a distinguished dining experience marked by elegance, variety, and a commendable commitment to quality. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+

Service was excellent both in Madras Pavilion & Mercara with special mention to John, Prashant & Maghi. These three persons took excellent care of us making our visit memorable & enjoyable. From Krishna Narayan & Suhas Krishna, stayed for five days from 5th Feb to 9th Feb 2022
