We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Aishwarya Dharani during our office (Zoho) dinner yesterday. She personally took care of all our guests and ensured everyone was comfortable and well attended to. What stood out was her proactive approach in personally checking with each guest and gathering feedback on the food, taste, and overall quality. Service was excellent both in Madras Pavilion & Mercara with special mention to John, Prashant & Maghi. These three persons took excellent care of us making our visit memorable & enjoyable. From Krishna Narayan & Suhas Krishna, stayed for five days from 5th Feb to 9th Feb 2022
