ITC was once a benchmark for fine dining, but sadly it has lost the charm and glory it was known for. The food lacked its signature flavors, the service felt unpolished, and overall, it was nowhere close to the high standards it maintained earlier. A very disappointing experience. Fine dining at its finest—if you're into soupy tap water with noodles, oily fried mystery bites, and desserts that taste like disappointment.
