They're professional chefs who served continental items in original taste of that country. I surprised to see that it's very affordable compared to other continental restaurants. We tried laksha soup, honey glazed lotus stem, Burmese noodles, milk cake. All are top notch in taste. It's like a hidden gem. Came here for the so called "candle light fine dining" experience and it turned out to be a nightmare for us. We ordered a couple of dishes (soup, starters and mains) and almost everything was a spoiler to ruin our day. We finally ended up having dinner at Sorgam Giving it a two star because the manager guy had a courtesy to cancel the dish which wasn't good. Looks like Azzuri Bay lost it's old charm!
