I had the worst food poisoning ever today after this meal(delived through Swiggy). I'm sure the sauce was old & stored improperly i.e left outside the refrigerator for hrs. The chicken was dry, probably old & microwaved. I earlier, last week had a dine-in experience in this restaurant & d experience was good, & so was the food. They claimed clean & fresh food. Today i ordered similar items through Swiggy but it was evident that the food delivered to me today was old. 30 mins after consumption of food i started noticing the symptoms. I'm writing this 10hrs after having this terrible food. I've had 4 epidodes of vomiting. Severe aversion to food & water. Let me point out i have not had any food after this. This was the only meal i had today apart from nuts forbreakfast so there's way, any other food caused this. Their sauce & meat storage need to be checked & them serving differently for delivery from their dining in must be taken into notice. Never eating frm Seeds lifestyle or Swiggy ever again. Tried their Mezze Chicken Bowl as a takeaway recently, and it turned out to be a pretty satisfying and well-balanced meal . The quinoa was cooked perfectly — light, fluffy, and not mushy at all, which made a big difference to the overall texture . The hummus was another highlight — creamy, flavourful, and absolutely delicious, pairing really well with the bowl . What I really liked is how thoughtfully the bowl was put together. It felt like a proper balance of protein, fibre, and carbohydrates, making it both filling and nutritious . They also include a couple of toppings — one was ranch, and the other was a refreshing yoghurt and cucumber mix . Once you add these toppings and mix everything together, the flavours come alive and make every bite even more enjoyable . Even as a takeaway, the bowl held up really well, stayed fresh, and didn’t feel soggy — which is always a big plus . It’s a great option if you’re looking for something healthy yet tasty without compromising on flavour. Overall, a highly recommended spot if you enjoy wholesome, Mediterranean-style bowls.
