I ordered 5 items out of which only 3 were delivered and 2 were missing. It was not the mistake of the delivery partner as the pack was sealed. It was the staff or the outlet's mistake which I guess they are aware about. Upon complaining, they said we can't refund nor send the missing items. Looking at the previous reviews, i observed it's not only me facing this, there are several other customers who have faced the same issue and the outlet didn't helped. Sector 14 KFC should be shut down as the food was not fresh and the chicken stink so bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Day before yesterday we visited here. We ordered 01 chicken bucket of Rs.299, very much sorry to say they served us rotten chicken. We complaint to the supervisor and he changed the the bucket. Today one of my friend from Kolkata ordered chicken bucket for us for her birthday. Same was delivered from the same KFC outlet and again we were served with 2 rotten chicken pieces. Very much disappointed. Previously we thought may be it was a mistake happened by the outlet but same incident repeated twice means it's not a mistake it's a big blunder and carelessness. I would say, before visiting this outlet please go through the recent review from Google. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1
