I placed my order at 7:30 stuffed Nan, samosa with chole and mix raita and waited till 8:57 the idiots didn't know anything about my order and asked me sir did you place your order and completed your payment after that staff told me that sir we are going to ready the dow for your stuffed Nan please wait for 20 mins and the owner he don't care about anything he was still taking new orders. They provide good food and good service only through Swiggy and Zomato not in reality. Worst experience ever. If anyone wants an order from here please order from online platforms. Food quality is Okey but service is very poor and most important thing is whenever we are ordering from zomato or swiggy they missed item like i have ordered 5rotis receiving 4only. If we ordered butter roti they will give plain roti and when we call them they are not responding and if we raise complaint on swiggy or zomato they simply say apologise. But as a customer we paid money what we will do with apologise our hardly earned money wasted and they are saying apologise. My best place in Gurugram and staff cooperative and owner too and fantastic atmosphere for quality and quantity food at regionbal price.....I am Gujarati when I ever visit Gurugram always I used to have lunch and dinner at my favourite hotel.... Dheeraj Dhaba......5/5
