I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.they can just spoil your event by not delivering on timwith their false statement...either they will delay in delivery or they will give you rotten flowers or they will miss any one of item ordered. .I had placed an order for a cake with a scheduled delivery time of 3:15 PM, but it was delivered at 4:30 PM—an unacceptable delay of 1 hour and 15 minutes. To make matters worse, no one informed me about the delay in advance. When I reached out for updates, each person I spoke to gave me conflicting and false information. Additionally, the delivery included a rotten lily bouquet, for which I had paid Rs 1500. Since the delivery, no one has responded to my complaints or concerns, and it is clear that they are being very casual about this mistake. While the taste of the cake was good, it hardly matters when the service, delivery, and other products are of such poor quality. This is the third time I’ve faced such issues, and unfortunately, I will not be recommending your services to anyone in the future. Service: 1
