Visited Hype on Valentine’s Day with my wife. Despite having a reservation, we were asked to wait even though bar stools were empty and we were seated there only after requesting. After a long wait, Sher stepped in and found us seats at a large table.Later, the front desk seated a group of six at the same table, which was corrected only after we raised the issue. There was also a delayed update that one of the pizzas we ordered was unavailable. Sher handled everything professionally, took great care of us, and waived off a couple of shots due to the kitchen’s mistake.Food and drinks were exceptional. Front desk management needs improvement, but Sher truly turned the experience around.

We had a fantastic experience at HYPE, Shangri-La. The ambiance was incredible, but what really made the night special was the service. A huge shoutout to KUVETE , who was so helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The overall service was top-notch. Highly recommended!"
