Elevated Vibe & Exceptional Flavors If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury and atmosphere, Copitas is unbeatable. Being at the Four Seasons, you expect a certain level of excellence, but they still managed to blow me away. The Drinks We started with the Aperol Spritz, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. It was perfectly balanced—bright, crisp, and not overly sweet—served at that ideal "golden hour" temperature. It’s the ultimate refreshing cocktail to kick off an evening. The Food As a vegetarian, I’m often used to "standard" options, but the vegetarian selection here is sophisticated and intentional. The flavors were vibrant, the presentation was artful, and every bite felt like a curated experience rather than an afterthought. It’s rare to find a bar where the veg food is just as much of a draw as the mixology. The Verdict The service was classic Four Seasons—attentive, seamless, and warm without being intrusive. We went here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and it was wonderful as always (copitas is a favourite as it never disappoints!) Kavi hosted our table wonderfully and ensured our celebrations lacked no frills! Will obviously be back here soon!
