Disappointing Experience at a Cost!!! I recently visited Cassava at Marriott for lunch with my Guest, expecting a premium dining experience that justifies the 5-star reputation. While the ambience and reception were excellent, the food quality was far from what I had anticipated. The biggest letdown was the Kerala-style Sadhya meal served on a banana leaf. Surprisingly, the side dishes included Bhindi Masala (Okra) and Paneer Butter Masala—completely out of place for an authentic Sadhya experience. Given the price point, I expected carefully curated, traditional dishes that reflect Kerala’s rich culinary heritage. Instead, the food quality was mediocre, comparable to what one could find at a regular restaurant for a fraction of the cost. While I appreciate the service and the setting, the meal itself did not meet expectations, making it a disappointing visit. A place of this caliber should ensure that the authenticity and quality of the food match the PREMIUM pricing.
