I have been visiting the All Spice & Caper for quite sometime now. More than anything I would like to commend their service. Melody and Sebin are nothing short of friends who take really good care of all your needs. The food and the drinks are also top notch. If you want to have a good time, head to Four Points, there's something for everyone.
