I recently had dinner at Bikash Babu Premium and while the food was just okay, the service was absolutely pathetic. We waited nearly 20 minutes just for the waiter to take our order and another 40 minutes to receive the food and even then, only the starters arrived. Several items from the combos were never served at all. Everything was brought in long, irregular intervals, showing a complete lack of coordination and discipline among the staff. The management clearly has no control over the operations. I was seated on the second floor and on my way out, I noticed the kitchen door open. It was chaotic and messy, with people shouting everywhere. It was shocking to see such unprofessional behavior behind the scenes. We ordered nonveg thali, veg thali, a pani puri, prawns roast, lassi, badam milk and sweets. The thali items were served at random intervals.roti first, rice after 15 minutes, curries later. The prawns roast came after we had already finished both thalis. What were we supposed to have it with then? We spent over two hours in the restaurant, out of which at least 1.5 hours was just waiting. This was not even during a rush hour, there were plenty of vacant tables. We also ordered mango lassi and badam milk, and despite asking for them to be served with the meals, the lassi came first, and the meals arrived 20 minutes later. The badam milk was forgotten entirely until we repeatedly asked, and it was finally brought only at the end. Overall, a terrible experience slow service, disorganized staff, poor management, and complete lack of professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It's disappointing to see the standards of Bikash Babu decline over the years. This is not the first time a hair has found its way into a cutlet, and such hygiene issues are unacceptable.As a regular customer, I expect better quality and attention to cleanliness. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to maintain the trust of loyal patrons.
