I recently visited this restaurant with my friends for dinner. We ordered Chicken Slice, Al Farm, and Prawns Roast. Most of the dishes were delicious — especially the Chicken Slice and Al Farm, which were flavorful and tasty .However, we were disappointed with the Prawns Roast. The prawns were undercooked and lacked flavor. When we informed the staff, they simply acknowledged it with an “okay” but didn’t offer any apology or solution. While the overall food experience was mostly good, the lack of customer service and response to feedback was a letdown. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. Hope the management improves on this part. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
