I’ve been visiting Chiyang Restaurant for the past 4 years, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill over time. My recent visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered fried rice, and it was served almost instantly — clearly pre-cooked. The food was cold on arrival and turned colder quickly. When we politely asked if it could be reheated, we were told it wasn’t possible, which is unacceptable for any decent restaurant. To make matters worse, the female staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely disinterested in customer service. This level of disrespect and indifference is shocking for a place that once had decent standards. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore. It’s a shadow of what it used to be. Save your time and money — there are far better options around.
