Very disappointing experience. My friends and I waited for more than 15 minutes to place an order, but there was absolutely no staff at the counter to attend us. The tables were left unclean after previous customers, and the entire store looked neglected. When we entered, the store was completely empty there were no other customers. We saw more than two employees inside the kitchen, but shockingly, none of them came out to take orders. We even called out multiple times, but they completely ignored us. This level of service is unacceptable from a brand like Domino’s. Definitely not visiting this outlet again. Service: 1

I recently visited Ooty store and had to wait for more than 10 minutes even though all the staff members were inside. We called out to them, but no one responded. After around 10 minutes, the staff finally came outside. When we asked for a mini pizza, your staff informed us it was not available. However, before we could place any order, the staff member walked back inside without any explanation. This is not the right way to treat customers. Moreover, the staff were seen chit-chatting instead of attending to customers, and the swipe machine was not working properly. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would like to take appropriate action against the team for their unprofessional behavior.
