We visited this place on the evening of 1/3/25 during our trip to ooty. The lady who billed our order was very rude. She took so much time with the previous customer. I requested her if she could bill our order ahead because the kids were hungry. She refused to do so. Whereas when it was our turn, she didn't exercise any patience. She asked us to place the order soon or she would go to the next customer. When I questioned her as to why she was showing partiality towards the customers, she quietened down and answered our queries. Also, we didn't receive any toppings along with the pizza. I would suggest to the management to appoint customer friendly staff.

The experience was very poor. We ordered pizzas and they delivered after an hour. They avoided our phone calls and the pizza that came was very cold and half uncooked. The pizza was really bad and felt under cooked. Really bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
