I visited this KFC location on December 20, 2023, and while the food quality was good, the quantity was disappointing. Compared to other KFC outlets in India, the chicken pieces were significantly smaller. It seemed like they might have been out of stock and were serving reduced portions at the same price, which felt unfair. Additionally, the lady at the counter had trouble understanding my order; I specifically asked for two pieces of spicy chicken, but she gave me only one. When I pointed out the mistake, she insisted I had ordered just one piece, which I did not. I had to reorder. The place is quite congested. I love the structure of the place.
