Waited over an hour due to clear staffing issues, and to top it off, the staff was rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service experience Worst Experience Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have a staffing problem and this delays every single order. We had to wait for 30 minutes. Their preparing/ready screen is not accurate, I don't know why would they display order numbers if the order wasn't fully ready. Somehow they are serving online orders from Swiggy and Zomato faster. Tables were not cleared and after eating. People kept coming in and there wasn't proper seating. Food was good as any KFC and that didn't disappoint.
