Few days back I visited there to bought some chocolate I bought 1 kg chocolate at evening when I reach hotel and I thaught to take one bite of chocolate, when I open that chocolate box but it was damaged and expired chocolate and found lots of Bugs inside the chocolate and very next day I went there to return and they accepted that these are very old stocks. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We went to but Ooty special Varkey and chocolate.. I looked up online paid special Rs.50/- parking to buy and went to this shop the sales person in the shop were very rude and arrogant as if they are selling gold in there we are buying by paying money and new to the place .. so may get confused with the language and options .. they should help tourist so that more people come to shop .. instead they are so rude .. like why are you guys here no business can be successful with an attitude like .. the manager looked like a sweet person .. sir please teach your staff some politeness Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
