Worst experience ever . I bought a diwali hamper from their Karol bagh store and to my surprise all the products were expired. Not even a single item was edible. All the products were smelling bad. I am never gonna buy anything from this store anymore. They are making fool out of people by charging so much for expired food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to Creme N Crisp and bought a Chocolate Truffle cake (₹580 for half kg) for my brother’s birthday. While the cake itself was decent and not upto the price point, I was quite surprised by the service. Since we were about to celebrate near India Gate and rolling in the car, I politely requested a few extra tissues (since he gave only 2 tissue paper). The person at the counter bluntly refused, saying “Bhaiya itne hi milte hain tissue paper cake ke saath.” Frankly, this felt unprofessional—especially considering the price point. Even local bakeries offer better courtesy and don’t address customers so casually. A small gesture like a few extra tissues can go a long way in customer experience.
