Desi Villagio was a huge letdown, both in food and service. Except for the platter, everything we ordered—Mutton, Chicken, and Paneer—lacked flavor and effort in preparation. The service was painfully slow, with a 20-25 minute wait between courses. When we raised our concerns, the owner dismissively refused to acknowledge any issues. To make matters worse, they forced a service charge despite the poor service, claiming it couldn’t be removed due to Swiggy payment. This excuse made no sense, as service charges should reflect the dining experience, not the payment method. If you want good food and respectful service, avoid Desi Villagio—there are far better options.
