I recently visited Pind Balluchi at Connaught Place. The food quality was good and the taste was nice, so no complaints about that. However, there were a few issues with the overall experience. We had to wait approximately 20–30 minutes for a table, and once seated, we were informed that the thali options were closed in the dining area. After placing our order, the food was served after around 20–22 minutes, which felt slightly delayed. What was most disappointing was the 10% contribution (service charge) added to the bill for staff. While I respect and appreciate the hard work of employees, adding a compulsory charge on an already expensive meal does not feel fair. Such contributions should be optional, not automatically included. Overall, the food was good, but the waiting time, limited options, and compulsory service charge affected the experience.
