“I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was truly wonderful. Right from the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities like AC, fresh linen, hygienic washroom, hot water, and WiFi. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, and the location is excellent—close to the main attractions and easily accessible. What impressed me the most was the staff’s behavior; they were always polite, attentive, and ready to help at any time. The food served at the hotel was also fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, cleanliness, and affordability. I would highly recommend it to both families and solo travelers. Without a doubt, I’ll choose this hotel again on my next visit.” Service: 5

The best heritage luxury hotel I stayed so far that does not pinch pocket. Impeccable, beautiful old world charm & yet homely with superb service. Breakfast buffet is excellent in Indian, Continental & Pan Asian. Great bakery, cold cuts & cheese spread. Gives other top 5 stars a run for the money. Highly recommended. Service: 5

Stepping into The Imperial New Delhi is like walking into a beautifully preserved chapter of history. Established in 1936, this iconic hotel exudes old-world charm and colonial grandeur. The architecture, vintage photographs, and the elegant 1911 Restaurant take you straight back to the era of the British Raj. Every corner whispers of the past, yet the service and comfort are world-class and timeless. If you're seeking a stay that combines luxury with a rich sense of heritage, The Imperial is unmatched. The royal ambiance, attentive staff, and stunning interiors make it more than just a hotel it’s an experience. Truly one of the finest reminders of the bygone imperial era in Delhi Service: 5
