Liked by both adults and children! A must try. the owner thinks herself very smart calling all bad reviews in Google as fake hence I am posting the screenshot here as proof that I have ordered from here. I have ordered cakes 2 times from here and the first experience was very good and they had requested me to write a review for them so I had given 5 stars that time. So its only fair that when the experience was as bad I should be sharing my story too and let everyone know the reality of this place. They are arrogant now and do not follow the instructions. I had specially asked them to make a custom cake for my mothers birthday but they completely ruined the design. To make it worse they were not even there when I went to take the cake. So ultimately I had to pay the full amount for a completely messed up cake which was not at all good in taste as well. To top it they called me and asked me for feedback, I gave them negative feedback and then they started arguing on the phone as if they had done nothing wrong, well if you did nothing wrong then why are you asking for the feedback, oh probably if my feedback was good you would have asked me to post a positive review with 5 stars again, I get it. Since it was not like that, so you started arguing about how you were right. Please keep in mind that only pay them the full amount after seeing your cake because they did not even show the cake to me before getting it ready for delivery and they made a total mess of it and I had no option but to pay the full amount because there was no time to get another cake by then. So make sure that you get to see the cake with few hours in hand or else they will do the same thing with you and you will have no time to get it changed and you would have to pay the full amount and suffer for no fault of yours. This place is highly rated because they keep requesting all their people to write 5 star reviews for them. Recently my friends had ordered from this place and they told me now that there is a staff which manages everything and their attitude and everything is very bad. So do not go by the positive reviews of this place as they are just good in marketing and getting people to write good reviews for them. The reality is something totally different. Now apologize for calling my review fake in Google.
