Today we dined at Chapter 2, it was our second visit to this place. Chapter 2 never fails to amaze us with their delicious food and top-notch service. The food was absolutely phenomenal - every dish was a masterclass in flavors and presentation, it was cooked to perfection, with a delightful balance of spices that left us craving more. The portions were generous, and the quality of ingredients shone through in every bite.The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. It was a fantastic way to spend quality time with loved ones. Chapter 2 has solidified its spot on our favorite list, and we can't wait to explore more of their menu!

This was my 3rd visit which I went again based on reference but the experience was pathetic. Firstly, there was an IPL offer for drinks but the manager came back after 20 mins saying that the ordered whiskey was unavailable because someone at another table had ordered the same brand.. really and this notification takes 20 mins? Secondly, when the complaint was made to the manager Mr Jagannath, he said he will provide 10% discount and that the same will be conveyed to the pricer. When the bill came, the same was not considered because they cannot provide discounts as per govt excise policy.. does Mr Jagannath think that customers are dumb. This is definitely a huge degradation of service and definitely the last time I am going. Everyone needs to beware of false promises and pathetic service

Visited Chapter 2 (Southern Avenue) on 24/12/2020. We ordered two special items from the Festive Feast menu:-

1) Roasted Turkey in Red Wine Jus
2) Roasted Peking Duck in Hoisin Sauce

Both the dishes were quite delicious and freshly prepared. Along with them, we ordered a mocktail named "On The Beach", which was quite refreshing. If you want to enjoy a wholesome festive dining experience in an innovatively recreated retro experience, then Chapter 2 is certainly worth a visit!
